Emirates Airlines reported that it is expecting more than 200,000 passengers to flock through Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3 ahead of the Christmas rush.
The airline said it expects that more people will be traveling to their home countries even amid the coronavirus pandemic.
December 11 will be one of the busiest day based on the latest booking figures from the airline. High passenger traffic is expected December 21.
The airline reminded its passengers to double check the latest travel requirements in Dubai and in their booked destination.
Passengers should also allot at least three hours before their departure to avoid delays due to influx of passengers.
Those who will physically check in should be at the airport not less than 3 hours before departure, it added.
