The Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that one child, below 15 years old, is now allowed to ride a taxi with two adult family members.
The RTA said in a tweet that the passengers should be seated altogether in the back seat and must leave the front seat vacant, in line with COVID-19 precautionary measures.
“If you commute in taxis, you can now accompany your child (up to 14 years old) as a third passenger in the vehicle without using the seat next to the driver,” it said.
