Two overseas Filipino worker parents were caught by surprise when an anonymous group paid the woman’s hospital bill after giving birth in Macau.
Jaymar and Glenda Teope’s hospital bill for their newborn child reached Php250,000 and the couple was surprised when a Portuguese group paid for it.

The couple were among OFWs in Macau who got affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
Glenda was not able to go back to the Philippines in time to give birth.
The baby was successfully delivered and was named Baby Miguel. Apart from paying for their hospital bill, the group also gave stuff to the newborn.

“Para kaming nanalo sa isang game show. Congratulations yung bill niyo fully paid na,” Jaymar said.
