Shopping malls and other business establishments are no longer required to do temperature checks starting January 1.
The Dubai Economy announced that thermal scanners and checking of each visitor’s temperatures on selected public spaces will no longer be required as part of the update on regulations and protocols for the reopening of businesses from January 2021.
Valet parking protocols of mandatory covering of seats and steering wheels with plastic will no longer be enforced as well, according to a tweet from the Dubai Economy.
