The Civil Defense Department of Ras Al Khaimah has sent its firefighting team to extinguish a fire that broke out in a minibus on December 13 in downtown Ras Al Khaimah.

Brigadier General Mohammad Abdullah Al Zaabi, Director of the Civil Defense Department in Ras Al Khaimah, said in a report on Gulf Today that the operation room received a report about a minibus that caught fire.

Al Zaabi added that the squad immediately moved to the location of the fire and was able to put out the fire using water and foam.

No injuries or casualties were recorded during the fire.

The Ras Al Khaimah Police is now investigating the cause of the fire and looking into possible legal measures if needed.
