The policeman who killed a mother and her son in Paniqui, Tarlac expressed his regrets for the tragic incident caught in a viral video.

Police Senior Master Sergeant Jonel Nuezca said that he will answer everything in court.

He also said that he already spoke to the family and asked for forgivness.

“Yes po ang laking pagsisisi ko sir,” GMA News quoted Nuezca as saying.

The policeman said that his family is so far okay after the tragic incident.

The family of Sonya and Frank Anthony Gregorio on the other hand appeals that justice be served on the inhumane killing of their loved ones.

They also said that they are not ready to accept Nuezca’s apology just yet.

The wake of Sonya and Frank are now in their home in Paniqui, Tarlac. Their funeral will be on Sunday.
