The UAE leadership has congratulated US president-elect Joseph ‘Joe’ Biden Jr. and US vice president-elect Kamala Harris for their win at the US Elections 2020.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, took to Twitter to congratulate Biden and Harris, and hopes that the UAE and US will continue to strengthen their diplomatic relations spanning over 50 years.
“Congratulations to the President-Elect of the United States @JoeBiden and Vice President-Elect @KamalaHarris . We look forward to strengthening our five-decade enduring and strategic relations,” said H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces hopes that America will grow further and that the ties between the two countries will strengthen under Biden’s leadership.
“Congratulations to @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris on winning the US elections. Our sincere wishes for further development and prosperity for the American people. The UAE and USA are friends and allies with a strong historic partnership that we look forward to strengthening together,” said H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed.

US President-elect Joe Biden won the US elections after getting 284 electoral votes by winning the swing states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.
Biden received over 74 million votes – the biggest in the history of any president-elect in the USA.
