Metro Manila mayors have agreed to revise the curfew hours from midnight to 3 in the morning on December 1st to pave the way of the yearly ‘Simbang Gabi’ tradition.
Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced on Tuesday that the mayors decided to adjust the curfew hours to allow church devotees celebrate the annual Christmas tradition of celebrating mass during the wee hours of the morning starting December 16.

Current curfew hours are from 12 midnight to 4 in the morning. Manila City has already announced and signed an ordinance in October adjusting its curfew hours for the holiday tradition.
Since Metro Manila is still under the General Community Quarantine, religious gatherings are only allowed for a 30 percent capacity.
