UAE residents have been advised to be on the lookout for intermittent weather conditions.

An alert from tHe National Center for Meteorology (NCM) has warned residents from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to be mindful especially on roads and seaside for outdoor activities as convective clouds are expected to bring scattered rain showers.

The alert is valid until 18:50 (6:50 pm) today, January 3.

As of posting time, Abu Dhabi is already experiencing light to moderate rain at the Saadiyat Island and across parts of the city as well.
