Residents of Barangay Sto. Niño in Capoocan, Leyte were shocked to see thousands of A4-size bond paper reams scattered on the road on Wednesday night.
It turned out the reams of bond paper fell off a wing van.
According to an online report by ABS-CBN News, the wing van carrying reams of bond paper came from Tacloban City and was headed for Cebu.
It was traveling on a highway in Capoocan when the side door of the wing van opened, causing the reams to fall off.
The road became almost impassable due to the reams of bond paper scattered on the road.
Several residents rushed to the area and helped load the bond papers back into the wing van. (CC)
