Overseas voters registered in any other country can vote in Dubai too.

The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai said that overseas voters with active registration status in any other country can vote in the polling centers in Dubai in the 2022 national and local elections.

This came after Commission on Elections (COMELEC) approved the resolution on the guidelines related to voting by the overseas registered voters.

A voter must have been in the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) for National Elections in 2022 the embassy/consulate where the voter is registered.
There is also a requirement to submit Manifestation of Intent to Vote in Another Post (MIVAP) along with a copy of valid Passport or any competent proof of identity like Emirates ID or any other govt issued ID. These documents need to be submitted at [email protected] with the subject “Manifestation of Intent to Vote” on or before 30 April.

A COMELEC approval will be required for voting.
