- Work Experience Sheet
- Copy of Professional or Second (2nd) level civil service eligibility;

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Service, Diplomatic and Consular Affairs, Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or other related courses
- Customer service experience
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge in computer applications
Job details and responsibilities
- Reviews and processes passport applications;
- Evaluates and checks authenticity, completeness and correctness of submitted documents;
- Conducts thorough interview of the applicant, ensuring that the information obtained establishes the true identity and Philippine citizenship of applicant;
- Determine if applicants have discrepancies or irregularities and elevates these to the Officersin-Charge for appropriate action or resolution;
- Processes passport applications at an average rate of 6-8 minutes per application;
- Follows guidelines on passport requirements and adapts to various passport application scenarios and cases.
- Attends to consular inquiries from the public; and
- Performs other tasks as instructed by the management/supervisors
