Ang pagbabayad ng phone at Internet bills sa tamang oras ay magiging basehan na ngayon sa credit score ng mga residente sa UAE.
Ayon sa ulat ng Khaleej Times, magbibigay ng report ang Etisalat at du sa Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) upang maging basehan ng kapasidad ng isang residente na makapagbayad ng iba’t ibang klase ng loans tulad ng personal, auto at home loans.
Paliwanag ni Marwan Ahmad Latfi, CEO ng AECB, makakaapekto ang di pagbabayad ng phone o Internet bill sa takdang petsa sa “creditworthiness” ng isang residente.
Dagdag pa nya, lahat ng mga bangko at finance companies sa UAE ay gumagamit ng credit reports at credit scores bago payagan ang isang loan.
Kung mas mataas ang credit score ay mas mababa ang interes na ipapataw.
